An Awesome Juggling Video (Driving With The Top Down, Iron Man Soundtrack)
It took me three hours to upload this, and it’s finally done. Some shots are filmed in front of the house, while others are filmed at a juggling class at an elementary school. The music is epic! Driving With The Top Down from Iron Man. My two instructors pass clubs in this video. I couldn’t do 6 balls, because my camera went dead. Hope you enjoy

“mess” variations in siteswap 3 – juggling tutorial
Upon request, I have made this video that shows how to JUGGLE 6 different versions of ’siteswap 3′ in mills mess… but none of them are actually the “real” mills mess! haha
These patterns are all remarkably similar to the “real” mills mess, because, like mills mess they are all just siteswap 3 with some cross-arm hoopla. If you are already comfortable with the “real” mills mess, most of these patterns should be easy to learn. Good luck!

intro

1st variation. The “n” ball and “u” ball switch places. Probably the most difficult variation in this video.
3:03
2nd variation. Some people call this “flo’s mess.” I call it “the reach-over.” And other people still argue over trick names without accepting the fact that different people like to use different names, and it really doesn’t matter…
4:23
3rd variation. “The reach-under.” A slight variation of the “reach-over.” Perhaps a bit more difficult.
5:13
4th and 5th variations. Same as the 2nd and 3rd variations, but with an inside throw where the outside throw used to be.
6:35
6th variation. This one actually IS the “real” mills mess… in backwards-land!!! hahaaa.. umm, yeah, it’s time-reversed mills mess.

How to make juggling balls, the easy way.
How to make juggling balls, because juggling makes you smarter!
A quick video demonstration of how to make proper juggling balls with balloons & rice.
For each ‘Balloon Ball’ you will need:
3 Round balloons – Just standard party balloons, bigger ones are better if you can find them. Your juggling balls will be stronger if you use 4 or 5 balloons on each one.
1 Freezer bag – Any small light plastic bag will work.
1/2 Cup of uncooked rice – You can substitute anything that is around the same size/weight. JUGGLErs often choose millet (bird seed) as a fill material or you could use those old lentils at the back of the cupboard. If you don’t have anything else then use some sand, a bit less though because its heavier than rice.
A pair of scissors.
Step 1.
Kids, get a grown-up to help with this bit.
Carefully cut the neck from each balloon.
Step 2.
Put ½ a cup of uncooked rice into a freezer bag.
Squeeze out any air from the bag & give it a good twist so that the rice stays inside.
Squish the rice bag into a rough ball shape.
Step 3.
Stretch a balloon all the way around the rice ball.
Use lots of fingers.
Grown-ups, get a kid to help with this bit.
Step 4.
Stretch the other balloons on one at a time.
Put them on at different angles so that the openings dont match up.
All done, have fun!

1. Juggling Tutorial: 3 Ball Cascade
Welcome to the 3 Ball Cascade juggling tutorial. All constructive feedback and questions wanted!
I now use flannybags, my favorite type of juggling balls! Made by the Baglady, find them at:
http://www.thebagladyonline.net
Need to know before attempting this trick:
-
Bonus to know:
-
Step 1
Throw one ball to your other hand. Whilst this ball in the air, wait until it reaches its maximum height and then, throw the second ball. Make sure you catch both balls in opposite hands and do not pass the balls along, throw them.
Step 2
Opposite side of step 1.
Step 3
The same process as steps 1 and 2 however, now you have an extra ball in your hand, you can continue the pattern for 1 extra throw. Do continous throws for the 3 ball pattern.
Step 4
Opposite side of step 3.
All Together
Now, if you think about it steps 3 and 4 can be made continuous as you end up in your original position. Simply continue juggling the exchanges for the 3 ball cascade!
Thanks for watching.
