Devil Stick Tutorial (part 4- hand-stick releases)

It covers four different ways to incorporate the hand-stick toss into a devil stick routine. I have been doing …
I have been doing them for about 3 years but I don’t practice as much as I used to because I’ve gotten into juggling. I use luna stix but they aren’t cheap. Most juggling related stuff isn’t cheap. Some people make their own. look on the juggling store. com’s website under devil sticks. they have a lot. the regular crystal stix are cheapest. They aren’t bad. They are heavier and move slower than flower sticks and the ends are different but they both still move pretty much the same way.
