Does anyone know where to purchase Devil Sticks (Juggling Sticks) in Edmonton, Alberta?

I have been looking around lately for a pair of these and I can’t find them anywhere. Help me out please.

Kites and Other Delights in WEM should have them. I’ve heard that Tin Box on Whyte Ave sometimes has them. Or I found this online:

Cascade Juggling, Inc.
7428-111 Avenue
Edmonton, AB TGB OB7
403-496-9091

Hope that helps!

what are the different symbolisms used in the novel "The Devil’s Arithmetic"?

I have to come up with 15 different symbolisms and I’m stuck.

It’s been a couple years since I read that book, but if I remember correctly the door was a symbol and so were the tattoos on the prisoners’ arms.

Devil worshipping site in Southern Illinois?

I have seen pictures of a devil/satan worshipping site in Southern Illinois near Cobden or Alto Pass. It has large horns sticking out of the ground and other weird statues. Does anyone know where this is?
The place I am talking about is in the middle of a wooded area. There is a sign that says something about giving your soul to the devil after passing a certain point..and the horns that I saw in the pictures were definitely not from a sign.

Uh I live in Cobden and NO that is not a Devil Worshipping Site. Its the Elks lodge and the sign has been down now for at least ten years so yeah it looks creepy doesn’t it. We actually live about two blocks from this Hall and have seen the people going and coming and trust me, they are not Devil Worshippers.LOL Nice that we got mentioned on the www though so thanks for the recognition.

Please Help. My Has a Devil’s Head or a Sticker, the Ones With Spikes, Stuck in His Throat?

He goes outside a lot, I suppose he got them either from that or on the floor in my house. Please, is there anything I can do to get it out. He has been like this for 2 days. He is a white kitten. Taking him to the vet isn’t an option. I don’t have enough money for that.

You really MUST take him to the vet. Anything you try will probably harm him further. Your vet should be able to write up a billing system so you don’t have to pay for it in one go. Please get him there as it may be affecting his breathing, eating and drinking

How the devil do you keep a plaster on your finger or worse the palm of your hand?

Getting a cut on your hands is the worst as it seems most of the time so hard to keep a plaster stuck on your hands without it losing stick when you wash your hands. Plus ironically I find if anything the fabric plasters stay on better then the waterproof ones! Anyone got any good tricks to keep one on?

Band-Aids work!
you should be able to get them from most good pharmacies.

what can i use to attach metal to wood?

I have a pair of fire DEVIL STICKS and this little metal coin (about the size of a quarter) like thing fell off at one end. now the wood center is showing. I need to re-attach the metal piece to the wood with something that can handle really high temperatures. what can i use?

A high tension, silica resin is probally your best bet. It is like glue only it hards into a firm shell which can withstand high heats and wear and tear. It can attach to both wood and metal so it should be perfect for your little project.

Also, carpenter’s neoepoxy may also work, but I would recommend the resin.
